Payment Policy
 

Participants have the option to choose between the early bird course fee or the regular course fee for My Heart's Whisper. The early bird fee is payable in full upon registration and no later than six weeks prior to the commencement of the course. The regular fee is payable in full or with the first installment amount upon registration, no later than two weeks prior to the commencement of the course.

An instalment plan is available upon request for participants for whom a monthly payment would support.

Cancellation Policy
 

Any cancellations must be done in writing to mail@conversationwithleon.com; and will result in the following reimbursement structure:

​

• For a cancellation request received 30 days or more before the course starts, the participant will receive:

  • An 80 % refund of the price of the course, or

  • A 100 % credit which can be used towards any Conversation with Leon future courses or products.

• For a cancellation request received 29-8 days before the course starts, the participant will receive:

  • An 50 % refund of the price of the course, or

  • An 80 % credit which can be used towards any Conversation with Leon future courses or products.

• For a cancellation request received 7 days or less before the course starts, the participant will receive:

  • A 50 % credit which can be used towards any Conversation with Leon future courses or products.

The credit is valid for one year from the commencement of the course. Alternatively, the participant can substitute him/herself with a replacement participant for the same course at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

After attending the first session of My Heart's Whisper, and the participant says they have gotten zero value, and that this is not for them, we will refund them based on the amount you've paid, no questions asked. A refund request can be done so in writing to mail@conversationwithleon.com within a week, before group coaching session begins; RM360 will be deducted as a processing fee.

Any refund request received by Conversation with Leon after this deadline will not be accepted or reviewed. Conversation with Leon reserves the right to honor or resolve these claims at its exclusive discretion.
